Dying Famous has courted fans with an original mix of rock, alternative rock and punk. McGinley's magnetic on-stage presence is characterized by him belting out lyrics while clad in his trademark  kilt. — George Prentice, Boise Weekly

Dying Famous "Should be regarded as one of the most electrifying hard rock bands in recent history"- Idaho Press Tribune.

“I have been in the concert business for well over a decade and I must say that Dying Famous is a band that really gets it! Each time they have played Knitting Factory they have impressed me with their live performance and I appreciate how they present themselves behind the scenes. Dying Famous is a true DIY band that successfully promotes their shows and connects with their fans. They have great merchandise and a loyal fan base. We always look forward to having them on our stage.”— Gary Pike General Manager, Knitting Factory

"It has been my pleasure to be a follower and fan of Dying Famous.  I have watched this band mature over the years into one of the most entertaining bands to see live. Zane the lead singer is one of the most passionate and dynamic singers I have seen in many years. Their debute album is amazing in how it captures the spirit of the band. If you get the chance to see this band live I say Do It!!!! Keep your eyes on this group I predict they will go far.— Frankenbryan/ Return of the Disco Witch Hunt, Radio Boise 89.9

"Dying Famous has mixed old school rock n roll with a modern sound, twisting their music into a kick ass rock n roll show! Hopefully they don't live up to their name, so the rest of the world can enjoy them for a very long time." - Wayland

The reviews from fans and critics alike all agree...

Dying Famous is delivering Hard Rock as it should be, with Reckless Abandon!

With their own brand of engaging rock and roll revelry their often unpredictable, high energy performances have earned the band a reputation as "A Must See!".

Bassist Randy Sohn gives the band a propulsive groove and drummer Dylan Williams provides the powerful and dynamic backbone. Lead guitarist Dustin F. Jones cuts straight to the emotion while vocalist  Zane McGinley delivers in charismatic form.

The formation of Dying Famous is immortalized in the Documentary Film DYING FAMOUS by Emmy Award Winning  Director, Michael D. Gough .
